This Vegan BLT, or TLT, is the real deal! There are many kinds of tofu, however, using smoked tofu makes it taste so similar to the classic BLT that no one would know the difference. This Vegan BLT, (or TLT), is quick and easy to make. It would be a good transition meal for someone new to veganism.

Bread of choice
Fresh Lettuce
Fresh Tomato
Smoked Tofu (Sliced to Desired Thickness)
Condiments of Choice
Directions
- Heat up a pan with some oil (make sure the bottom of pan is lightly coated) on medium heat. Sprinkle a pinch of salt over the pan and fry the Tofu.
- Assemble the sandwich to your liking and enjoy!
Notes
- Kick it up a notch by using Spicy Smoked Tofu and/or some vegan cheese on your TLT (formerly known as BLT)!
